1. Delivery terms

Delivery terms follow Incoterms® stated on each proforma invoice (commonly FOB Hong Kong or named port, CIF/CFR destination). Title and risk transfer accordingly.

2. Shipping methods

RoRo — vehicles and self-propelled wheeled machinery
Container — FCL or LCL for parts and equipment
Air freight — urgent parts shipments by arrangement

3. Lead times

Lead times depend on product availability, inspection schedule and vessel booking. Estimated schedules are provided on quotation — not guaranteed until B/L is issued.

4. Insurance

CIF shipments include marine insurance as stated on invoice. FOB buyers arrange their own insurance from port of loading.

5. Customs & import

Buyers are responsible for import clearance, duties and taxes at destination unless otherwise agreed in writing.
