QC process
- Specification confirmation against PO / proforma invoice
- Supplier audit and sample approval (where applicable)
- Pre-shipment inspection at origin or Hong Kong staging
- Photo and report documentation for buyer review
- Release for export upon sign-off
Third-party inspection
Where required by the buyer, we coordinate independent inspection through recognised agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or TÜV. Inspection scope, sampling and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before production or loading.
