Fields marked as required on our enquiry form are necessary for us to respond to your request. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to process your enquiry. All other fields are voluntary.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Processing and following up on B2B wholesale enquiries and sourcing requests.
  • Coordinating with third-party suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to fulfil orders.
  • Managing customer relationships, contracts, payments, and business records.
  • Ensuring website security, preventing fraud, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Direct marketing — only where you have given your explicit consent as required by the PDPO. You may withdraw consent at any time, free of charge.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements. Transaction and enquiry records are generally retained for 7 years from the date of the last interaction, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

  • Third-party vehicle manufacturers, parts suppliers, and equipment dealers.
